Larissa is a life coach, relationship coach, educator, and consultant. She received a graduate degree in Family Therapy from UMass Boston and practiced for several years as a marriage & family therapist before transitioning to a coaching practice.

Larissa founded EmpowerME: Coaching & Workshops in 2016 because she’s passionate about providing high-quality mental, emotional and relational support in novel ways. She is also an avid consumer of books and an enthusiastic car vocalist. She was born and raised in Maine and is happiest when she’s able to soak up some summer sun on any of Maine’s many beautiful ocean beaches.
